Inflatable Care

  • Fully unfold the float before inflation.
  • Inflate until firm, but not hard. Do not overinflate.
  • Use an electric air pump; do not use an air compressor.
  • Do not drag the float over pavement, docks or other rough surfaces.
  • When anchoring, use only the designated tie-down points or handles described on the product page. Never tie rope around unsupported areas.

After Every Use

  • Rinse with fresh water after use in chlorine or salt water.
  • Remove the product from the water and allow it to dry completely.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

I love my loon Float-eh! It is bigger than I thought it would be and that's a plus. I found it comfortable and steady, not tippy at all. I wonder what the real loons on my lake think of it!

Great customer service!

We got the giant loon float-eh for the family cottage! It looked amazing and the kids loved swimming out to it. Unfortunately, there was a small leak but when I reached out to the company I got an immediate response and a new loon was sent out. I messed up the delivery address and Daniel made sure it go to the right place. I appreciated the great customer service from this Canadian company! Thank you!

Frustrated
Cute—but ours lasted only five weeks

We purchased this exact Loon float AT LEAST three times, replacing it ourselves each time without making a warranty claim. The most recent one lasted only five weeks. When we finally contacted Float-Eh for support, their proposed resolution was a 30% discount so we could pay them yet again for another replacement. After repeatedly purchasing the same expensive product, we expected the company to stand behind it—not ask us to keep funding its failures. Extremely disappointing product quality and customer service.
