Shipping Within Canada
We ship retail orders across Canada. Delivery options and estimated timing are shown at checkout. Different options may apply to oversized products and remote destinations.
Contiguous United States
We ship eligible pool floats and accessories to the contiguous United States. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying retail orders of $50 or more.
Water Mats & Oversized Orders
Water mats are currently available for Canadian delivery only. Because they are oversized, available rates and delivery options may differ by destination. Applicable charges are shown at checkout unless the destination requires a manually quoted remote-area surcharge.
Remote & Rural Destinations
Orders shipping to some remote or rural destinations may require an additional shipping charge, regardless of order size. If additional shipping is required, we’ll contact you after reviewing available carrier rates and before processing the added charge.
Preorders
Preorder items ship according to the estimated availability date shown on the product page. If your order contains both available and preorder products, the timing shown during checkout or in your order confirmation will apply.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after an order has been handed to the carrier.
For a missing or visibly damaged delivery, contact us promptly with your order number and photos when relevant.
