It wasn’t a mat that I ordered! It was the Moose. So disappointed- clearly a defect in the material. Manufacturing date 07/01/2021. Ordered the long weekend Aug 2025, 1 afternoon, at our lakeside with 4 children (ages 4-10) the snout on our moose pretty much disintegrated. After sending pictures, I was told it looked as though it got hooked on a branch. I think that would be a puncture. Company suggested I patch with gorilla glue and duct tape. Won’t that look pretty dockside! Next time, I’m looking for a single use floater, I’ll head to the dollar store.
It works like you would expect, but this is the 3rd time I've had to replace the tether in the same number of years. On a windy day, if the mat goes airborne, the tether snaps.

Love the quality and size of the floaty. Would be better if there were handles for a floaty of this size and if the tether was easier to release from the floaty itself.
