We have had 2 of these for a few years. We just ordered several more to stop fighting over them.
The new model has a bit of texture with is nice. The back sits slightly more upright. I am sure we can lower the inflation to adjust this.
The drink holder is too small for anything or the than a. Tall skinny can. Typical of most inflatables … and we have had lots of them.
We love them and they are a hit with passersby when we are floating at the end of our dock.
This thing is huge. Totally keeps 200 lbs out of the water. Just got it, so still need to assess for the claim of 30-40% more durable. Great so far, could use a rope/handle for carrying to the beach.
Excellent floating chair for use on our lake. Amazing quality
We actually use it in the ocean. Clipped to the boat. I love it as I don’t really like the coldness of the water, but I’m still involved with everyone while they’re in. Also very relaxing. Great having the tall back so you don’t just have to lie down.
Wouldn't hold air as soon as I took it out of the box. I 100% didnt damage it taking it out as I knew it was something that could be easily damage. If it was me I would have been a cut...not a puncture. I sent it back and they said they would fix it and send it back if I paid the shipping. Huge waste of time and money and I dont have a floaty. Dont waste your time. Just go to canadian tire or costco.
Hi Christian, we're sorry you're disappointed with the outcome. When you contacted us, we explained that if you couldn't locate the leak, you were welcome to return the float to us for inspection. We also explained that manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty, while punctures caused after manufacture are not.
We received your float and carefully inspected it. Unfortunately, the leak was caused by a puncture through the material, not a failed seam or other manufacturing defect. The photo included with this review shows that puncture.
We still offered to repair the puncture for you at no charge; we only asked that the return shipping be covered, as accidental punctures are not covered under our warranty.
We understand this wasn't the result you were hoping for, but we do stand behind genuine manufacturing defects and try to be fair and consistent when assessing every warranty claim.
